Tussar Silk is a silk produced by a moth majorly in the states of West Bengal, Bihar, and Jharkhand. These sarees are traditional, yet trendy and modrenized in different ways tp drape. This Saree is woven on a loom in Bhagalpur. Tussar Silk is an exquisite thread obtained from a wide winged moth that is yellowish-brown in colour. Much of it is produced in Bhagalpur where it is called Bhagalpur silk.
