This Saree is woven on traditional pit looms in Kaithoon near Kota in Rajasthan. Kota Doria is the name of a light weight fabric made of tiny woven squares and made exquisite with handblock prints and Zari Border. The Kota Doria sarees are crafted on fine Silk, Cotton, or a blend of these two fibres. The cotton strengthens the fabric, while silk makes it more lustrous and provides a softer touch to the fabric. Only Natural Colours used.
