Tonal leafy vines run across a deep teal Kota Doria cotton, with a fine gold band at the hem.

Why this piece

Light and semi-sheer — the open cotton weave stays cool and near-weightless; wear it over a petticoat with a fitted blouse for full cover.
Tone with a gold edge — large leafy vines in a matching teal, finished with a thin metallic gold band at the hem.
Occasion-ready — made for a wedding, a festival or a family function.

The pattern

Large leafy vines repeat across the deep teal body in a matching tone, and a thin metallic gold band runs along the bottom edge. The gold is the only contrast — everything else is teal on teal.

The fabric

Kota Doria is a cotton khat weave of tiny square checks you can see against the light. It is semi-sheer by nature, which keeps it light for summer weddings and daytime functions.

The details

The vine is placed by eye, so it falls a little differently each length.
